Passport Fair

Congressman Mark Amodei, in partnership with the Reno + Sparks Chamber of Commerce and the U.S. Department of State, is pleased to host the upcoming Northern Nevada Passport Fair on Saturday, June 13 from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

This special community event offers Northern Nevada residents an opportunity to apply for or renew a U.S. passport without having to travel outside the region. The Passport Fair will be held at the Reno + Sparks Chamber of Commerce, located at 4065 S. Virginia St., Reno, NV 89502.

Appointments are required and availability is limited. Requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Both Routine Service (4–6 weeks) and Expedited Service (2–3 weeks) applications will be accepted, and completed passports will be mailed directly to applicants.

To request an appointment, use this link or QR code included in the attached flyer. Please note that incomplete submissions cannot be processed. Individuals whose requests are approved will receive a confirmation email with appointment details within 1–2 business days. Those we are unable to accommodate will also be notified by email.

To help ensure a smooth and successful event, we kindly ask that applicants carefully review the application steps in advance and bring all required documents to their appointment.
