Committees and Caucuses

Congressman Amodei serves on the House Appropriations Committee and three of its subcommittees. The Appropriations Committee is responsible for passing appropriations bills along with its Senate counterpart.

"No money shall be drawn from the Treasury but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law"
